Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a good bed, but some cleanliness issues and lack of amenities like tea and coffee facilities. The location is convenient with shops and mountain views nearby, though the noise from street cafes can be disruptive. Service is efficient and polite, though not all staff members are friendly. Dining options are mediocre, but the hotel has a good view. Overall, it's an okay stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers tidy and spacious rooms with a big flat screen TV, WiFi, and a large balcony providing a nice view. However, the rooms could have been cleaner and have a basic setup with a tiny shower room, no tea or coffee facilities, and no AC or fan, which was challenging during the hot summer months due to noise from street cafes below.
My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms were well-equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and amenities, though I had to call for service. I loved the large terrace that offered a beautiful view of Visp, but there was still a faint smoke smell lingering, possibly from the walls and carpet.
